Dean Features in GQ Private Chef Article

 

Dean was approached by journalists at premium mens lifestyle magazine, GQ. The article ‘Inside the Fabulous and Bizarre Lives of Billionaires’ Private Chefs’, Dean discussed his experience working in a demanding but altogether rewarding environment, providing private chef services to the world’s rich.

Speaking to GQ, Dean points out, how the lack of a house manager in an already chaotic household can add extra pressure, where gruelling 18-hour days are commonplace. Once, Dean’s client came to his kitchen at 1.00 am demanding champagne, truffle and caviar canapes for a guest who had just arrived.  In the interview, Dean put it simply, stating that “It was ridiculous.”
