Exciting New Venture.

We are collaborating with two ‘old’ friends, who in their fields are at the top of their games.  Sam in fitness, nutrition and supplementation and Kate in yoga,  healing, mindfulness and massage.

We are teaming up to bring you exclusive luxury wellness retreats, which incorporate the three main factors that make up our well being, fitness, diet and mindfulness.  You will gain a knowledge of how to live a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally.

The retreats will be tailor made to suit you.
We do this by at first organising a blood analysis test. This will pull up any allergies and food intolerances. From here we can arrange all of your meals in accordance with what is right for you, ensuring you feel great from what you are eating. We will teach you why these foods work or don’t work for you and you will learn which to avoid in the future to not only feel good but drop those extra pounds. We will give you meal ideas so you can continue to eat the right way for you once you return home too. A top private chef will be there to cater for you making the meals delicious as well as healthy. You’ll feel totally satisfied with scrumptious food and learn that healthy foods don’t have to be dull and boring but can be interesting and filling. Cooking lessons with the chef will also be available.

Each day there will be yoga and mindfulness sessions with Kate for true relaxation and stretching, invigorating your body and mind. She can do one on one sessions upon request as well as healing sessions and massage. Kate is fabulous and lives and breaths her job. She loves to pass on her knowledge and share with others how to really gain that equilibrium when life around us is so fast pace and stressful. There will be high intensity training sessions with Sam. He has tons of experience and will get everyone moving and feeling super motivated. He will again tailor make sessions according to your ability and fitness. Sam has a major interest in blood screening and he will carry out this part of the package. He will organise walks and other outdoor activities. Personal training sessions will also be available with him. His infectious love of fitness and nutrition is for sure going to rub off on you! Sam will also advise on supplements where appropriate. www.samwitterhealth.co.uk

The up and down of the exercise and relaxation time helps to ground you and give you the chance to gain balance and reset to take on a new healthier life style going forward.

We will kickstart some weight loss and a generally fantastic feeling and you will gain the education to continue living this way once you return home.

You will be surrounded by beautiful countryside and we will choose only the best Venues to carry out our Equilibrium Wellness Retreats. You will meet like minded people and have a lot of outdoor fun. Our retreats will be for approximately 10 – 12 people. Minimum Spend Note: For small groups there is a minimum spend of £1000 + VAT. This includes 5 courses and a private chef. The cost calculated is dependent upon the number of guests and courses but all quotes are subject to the minimum spend. If you require a waiter this will be a supplement cost of £200 + VAT.  Menus with exclusive Caviars or White Truffles may have a supplementary charge.
